As Platform Engineers, not only are we charged with building the future for our users, it's also our job to help them understand why they should adopt this new way of thinking, without judging them for using older techniques or methods. We're going to talk about some fundamental methods for working with human beings in times of uncertainty, and discover together how we can bring our users along the ride, with joy, instead of with fear.
